1st Grow White Widow - 3rd Week - 1 Week Flowering

Hi everyone! i have a problem. I think they're too small. Is it?
Using LED light (2 Lamps 600W). Ph was 6.2, now changed to 7.
What's can be wrong?

How long were they in veg and what are you using hydro or soil

If from seed then u didn't veg at all 2 week for seedlings then after that is veg. That's why they are small I switched mine after about 3 4 weeks of veg and whwn using soil it takes longer sometimes and depends on what type of soil you are using. I'd switch it back to like 18/6 for another 2 to 3 weeks then switch
