165W LED for clones

G'day all
I got given a viparspectra 165w for my clone cupboard and I'm a bit lost on what setting to have it on

And this one 100

What would the 420 people recommend?
I've always just used cool white fluro and what I've been reading is that this light is more of a salt water fish tank light for coral growth
Should I keep just using my fluro or this this new one a good upgrade?

I had a 600 model
put both switches on
Sorry, I looked at that light on Amazon
It's a reef light
should work I guess. It has a blue spectrum
If the option allows, I'd keep both channels on
