i have a 125w exo terra sun glo bulb its full spectrum i was just wondering if its any good for flowering ??

That is a self ballasted mercury vapor bulb and they give off allot of blue light. I'm sure it is phosphor coated to add red, but there are better options as this will be hot. It may be good at vegging though.

I have the same bulb it works but ull need a hps or led setup for flowering
