12/12 from seed then back into veg

i have a 1x1x2m tent and a 300w mars hydro with a standard room fan for some air movment

i have 5 blue sherbert seed and want to pick a mother from them and i want to do this by 12/12 from seed then reveg i want to do this because i have a big custard cream plant thats in flower as it was getting cold outside here

i also have a smaller custard cream and a ak47 auto flower in this tent how well do you think this will work out ???

I would just start them under some cfl bulbs and wait until they are at least big enough to get a clone from the top. Then when you flower them out you could just keep the clone of the best one for a mother.
You could try 12/12 from seed but some strains supposedly dont respond well to it.
