Hello everyone and welcome to my grow.

I've started a 12/12 from seed grow with some good bagseed I've been saving.

During the time they were starting as seeds, I was building a stealth cabinet (I'll upload pictures later)

I've ended up with a 125 watt CFL and 2 T8 15 watt tube florescents INSIDE a small cabinet.

I installed 2x 4 inch 65 CFM fans for exhaust and intake.

I will be building a carbon filter later.

Supplies I picked up:

1 Bag of Fox Farm Ocean Forest Soil
Tiger Bloom Liquid Nutrients
Bat Guano
PH up PH down
Neem Oil
Hydrogen Peroxide
Distilled Water

Here's some pictures of my babies:

They have a few brown spots here and there, and it seems like something was munchin on the leaves a bit.

I mist them down with neem oil mixed with dish soap every now and then. (atleast once a day)

They are about 3-4 weeks old now and I gave them their first does of 1/4 stre nutes. They didn't like it, they spotted and yellowed all over. I flushed them with some ph 6 water and they seem to be doing better.

The 125 watt CFL was installed this week, and it seems to make my cabinet pretty hot.

I placed a thermometer about 10 inches directly under the light on the plants top soil and the temp is 85/ 50% during the day and 73-76/ 50-60% humidity at night.

The 125 watt CFL gets HOT, temperatures directly underneath the light are 90 atleast;
10 inches away its about 87 degrees.

. Any suggestions on lowering the temperature from 85 degrees during the day?

I will add more photos soon, I just haven't gotten around to taking pictures.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or tips!:tokin:

More pictures YAY:

The big ones look bad here because they got nute burned, and I flushed them. They actually look better than they did.

The small ones haven't got any nutes, but they did get some new Fox farms Ocean Forest soil. They could have been burned from that. They are pretty small...

The middle small one was burned by lights, it was doing terrible but it pulled through.

I'm still having heat problems. When I close the plastic on the front, temps get up to 85+.

I have been leaving it open during their day time and it has been 78 degrees / 53% humidity.

Still not looking good,

Its been 3 days since they were flushed so They got some ph 6 water today with 1 drop of superthrive.

They are still putting out new growth even though they look this bad.

Im hoping So, They are still growing rapidly. New growth is everywhere. They should be healthy again in a week!!

Re: 12/12 from seed, Stealth Cab, 125 Watt CFL-10k + lumens

Today

I trimmed all of the smaller dead or dying leaves.

I know it causes a small amount of stress, but i would rather have my plants focusing on surviving rather than keeping alive a leaf that won't be used.

I have decided that the reason they look so bad is the intense 125 watt CFL that they were introduced to without being hardened off.

Re: 12/12 from seed, Stealth Cab, 125 Watt CFL-10k + lumens

Its been about a week, and I'm not too sure how they are doing...

Alot of the leaves that were burned got cut off, they were very curled up, brown and yellow. They weren't doing the plants any good...

The smallest seedling on the right is the slowest growing of them so far. It was the last to pop from the soil and it didn't stretch. The layering of the nodes are very compact and tight. Hopefully it turns out to be a female.

Re: 12/12 from seed, Stealth Cab, 125 Watt CFL-10k + lumens

Node spacing isn't really a huge issue as they stretch like mad when they flower anyways. Your plants are looking much better! Just keep an eye on the new growth, the older leaves may die off if they have been affected too much. My plant has had so many problems all the fan leaves are gone and it is basically a stem with buds. Looking forward to seeing how these babies turn out.

edit:
Also, you may still get some internode branches from where those leaves used to be that are now gone. End up with some nice side buddage. :)

This week they look great! They got watered with 1/4 tsp big bloom and 1/4 tsp grow big per gallon on sunday.

They loved it, the overnight growth was epic. Every single one exploded.

I did a lot of work the past few days on a second cabinet for veg. I just used another dresser I had laying around. The inside is lined with plastic and I hung the 6500k 125 watt CFL in there along with 2 2700k t8's for side lights.

Here's some pictures of the one side that's completed. The left side will be the veg side, the other side will either be used for clones or for a second experimental flowering chamber. Or a drying chamber... Who knows??:slide:

Here's a picture of the top of the biggest. I'm almost sure its a female but I haven't seen little hairy pistils yet?

Looking much better Weed. The cabinet is looking good! Are you gonna be transplanting the babes soon? I would put them deeper if you do.

Re: 12/12 from seed, Stealth Cab, 125 Watt CFL-10k + lumens

Heres some more pictures. I finished the right side of the 2nd cabinet. It just has fans and plastic right now.

As far as the babies go, they look better, took two clones on 10/21 and they seem to be doing fine.

Looks like after reading every thing thus far you have come out with a good set of healthy plants there. Nice job on getting every thing back to normal and getting the girls to fill out. :yummy:

Im on board for this one. Happy growing!

Re: 12/12 from seed, Stealth Cab, 125 Watt CFL-10k + lumens

Thanks Bud, I'm happy when my plants are happy. :thumb:

Some seedlings were started last week and a couple of plants were pulled. One clone didn't make it but the other is doing fine. It got transplanted last night, its root system was huge for the small amount of time after it was taken.

The big giant got tied down a bit to help on the height, she will have to be tied again soon.

They have been getting plain water every other watering, they seem to drink it all up as soon as it gets in the soil. The big one went from getting 1/3 gallon to half gallon and only a small amount of water drains out.

Here's some pictures taken tonight.

Re: 12/12 from seed, Stealth Cab, 125 Watt CFL-10k + lumens

So its been about 3 months for the biggest one, and about two and a half for the 2 smaller ones. The seedlings and clone are doing great.

The big one just seems to be getting bigger, I've seen what seem to look like a calyx with two hairs, but it may just be new growth. Other than that I haven't seen any sign of flowering. Its been in 12/12 since seed, and I didn't expect it to get so big.

Any ideas as to why pistils haven't appeared yet.
