I have a 1000w light I just hooked up an inline fan how long will it take to cool down

You should see a difference in about 1/2 hour.

I assume the fan is pulling the hot air out thru an air cooled hood. The air should be cleared about every 5 to 10 min, so in 1/2 hour, the area should be cleared at least 3 times.

With that small of a space i would thimk it to be pretty quick to lower temp. like few minutes. Assuming as above you are pulling thru the fixture.

I have a 4x4 dr90 tent

The Secret Jardin DR90 is only 3x3 or 90cm by 90cm... a 1000w bulb in that space will cause heat problems.


Now the Secret Jardin DR120 is the 4x4 or 120cm by 120cm tent... a 1000w bulb should be fine in tent that size.



I would be very tempted to invest in an air cooled hood/reflector to help lower temps.

Hey guys so I went and got the inline fand and duct I need a little help hookin it up and check out my nutes and tell me wha u think

Okay someone help me my plants goin cool you kno what my tent look like so whats goin on wit my vent system i have fan on the top the duct comin from the fan and into light but still hot in tent how to cool down

Plants r looking good. I never used those nutes b 4. How bout shots of back to read labels. How bout shot from further out of tent to see how orientation of ducting is,maybe shorten flex duct or change orientation of what side vent ducting comes out of fixture.inline fan i am guessing?
also if flex line has kink may not let fan have full suction. Are you pushing or pulling air?

I have the fan from the top and its goin to the fan itself actually like coolin the light off instead of one of the duct goin out the vent holes... So i should send one side out the vents

Does fixture have two holes ? I draw air thru one hole then out second into flex then into 2nd fixture then out to fan then out of room. I create a vacuum in my room.

Yes on light fixture it does so connect a duct to that side and send out air??? And thanks

yes 1 in and 1 out. I pull air thru fixture from the room so it takes heat out of room and heat off light bulb.

here is an example.

of course only difference is you are in a grow tent. Where black charcoal filter is inlet. goes out thru flex duct to other fixture then out thru ceiling to inline fan and so on. hope it helped.

What does it means when water leaves start twisting

I believe that has to do with over watering from what i have learned. Some also say under watering may be a part of it also. Mine was caused by over watering on my part and not letting enough dry out time between watering. I am still getting this dialed in two months later cause the weather keeps hella changing from hot to cold be me. Also i read on the forum here somewhere that it is not a good Idea to give a plants nutes while she is dry but rather to water her some and wait 5 min and then give her here shot,she will absorb more of the juice from the shot.It seems to have better affect on my girlies this new way for me. Not sure if there is some proper name to call it. It work for me.

So here are my babies today after the changed of the nutes but some are getting a lil yellow at the tips is it because i changed nutes well when i feed them this evening i will give them straight water how does this sound peeps help me out and im still gettin around to sending a pic of cent system up there oh yea and i was to make my fan air come out the tent into room and i have a lil fan rolling in tent also
