water attachment

hi guys 😁 weeks ago I realized that due to the nutrients I hydrated with water with a red PH.. I've been watering only with water at ph 7.0 for a month and I don't get out of it. they still seem to suffer.. how can I get out of it and get my plants back to their maximum vegetative cycle?
