sick cultivatio help

I just transplanted this plant to its own pot under a florecent light, and she's rapidly deteriorated since. Is it over watering? Lack of nutrients? This is part of my first grow, and I'm a bit inexperienced. The soil is commercial mushroom dirt, a bit aged. I'd appreciate any help/comments...
