identifying

So I started some random seeds. Same age ,same dirt ,same light, obviously two different kinds..trying to figure what I have here. Any ideas?

Just bought two lights no identifying marks on them need to know is there any way to possibly test them to find out what wattage output they have and can I convert them from 220 to 110 power not looking to use them full time just as emergency light case my LEDs happen to go out or have problems...

I need help identifying the deficiency on my plants. It's been 1 and 1/2 week since I transferred them into the grow block. The leaves started turning yellow and some has black spots on them.

I need to know if this is a weed plant. Thanks! :)
