help red stems spots

Seems like the stems are a bit red maybe? And there are a few blemishes on leaves but I don't recognize them. I have seen a few tiny it bit fruit fly looking things. But very rarely. A leaf or two out of my 4 plants has some bleached in looking white dots. I rub them and they don't come off. No...
