first time

I have two seedlings about 2 to 3 inches maybe in a 5x2.5x7. It came with a aerolight Wing AW200SE Full Spectrum LED Grow Light 200W And i was wondering How close should my light be to my seedlings and what light intensity % should my light be set too on the app?
