extra lighting

So this is my first official indoor grow and I think I'm going to need some extra lights. I'm thinking of putting 3 - 4 plants in 3 gallon fabric pots. I have a Viparspectra Reflector 600W light, but I'm not sure its enough. Went to my local harware store and found these LED lights...
