bloom/veg

Currently i am growing Auto-Flowers and i have two 800w LED Diamond Series lights and i am about 2 weeks into my flower cycle. This light gives the option of running full Veg+Bloom or running just Bloom... is it more beneficial to run the lights at full blast, ie Veg+Bloom or just the Bloom...
