Once you get (I think it is 50) a bunch of posts you will be able to Private Message.
The easiest way to get your post numbers up is to introduce yourself. if you haven't already, go to "420 FORUMS" and on the drop down menu, click "Introduce Yourself". Post a hello and see what turns up. You can also say hellos to others posting there. It is nice to be welcomed.
