If you are open to running a RDWC, which is basically the same except you have a reservoir outside your tent and pump (I use a 12 volt 240L/hr pump) the nutrient into the grow bucket in the tent with a return line to the res. They will always stay level. Now to cool your res. I bought a used water cooler, one you would put a 5 gal jug on top, and dismantled it. I then put the coil in the res bucket and plugged it into a devise I bought from eBay that monitors the temp and turns the cooler on/off at set temps. The pump was about $10, the used cooler $15-$25 and the devise to keep the temp was $50.
