99% sure I stunted the plant early on. Mismeasuring nutrients, as well as too high humidity for the first 3 weeks.
New seed soaking now, going to start a new journal.
It’s been a week or so since I posted. Probably going to bail on this grow and start fresh now that I understand balancing PH and proper nutrient dosing.
For now, I chopped it down to just two branches. It’s still growing, but it’s producing tons of nodes and isn’t growing up very much. I think...
Do you think it’s worth it to just hack off the 3rd limb now, and commit to a bi-line? You were right, I can tell the stalks are just begging to be broken. I’m almost afraid to fiddle with it until it has a few more inches in height.
My concern is, I just let this fucker spend another 6 days...
Day 32 UPDATE: The plant has had a wonderful recovery already. It's almost like it hoped that sister would die... so I'm cool with it if they're cool with it. The stalks are still very firm, but they're just flexible enough to open it up for the split. A proper Tri-Line.
Should be fun to train.
Day 32: Tragedy has struck, and I broke one of the lower branches clean off.
It seems to have had a decent recovery in the time since it happened. I quickly duct-taped the open wound to stop the bleeding... Just for fun I'm trying to clone the broken branch. Not feeling that this is super...
