I am sorry, but these is some weird way that thing turns on. I just don't remember. Fool around with it. Try fooling around with the black tape I put over the hole on the reflector. It's a very bright when lit. I bought it off of eBay and there's even a special section for it. I've been trying to find the link to it. Soon as I do I'll let you know.
