    I know your still fooling with different stuff to grow with. I have moved forward with organic till I feel like I am in a good place with it. Get good yields too. Just thinking of doing a side by side using the same soil but without my main nitrogen source (poultry manure) using OC+. Hitting it with the usual teas at the same time I do my regular organic ferts. Going to irk me some if the OC+ stomps my organic ferts.

    I usually add about 1g of perlite if I have it around. Both the Black Gold and Pormix Org are pretty light soils. Light on the nutes too. They have a starter charge. I've never had issues amending them.

    DrE says 1 cup per 5g so I add a more at transplanting since I'm in 7g's. I've used both by them selves or mixed with good results. I sometimes mix the BnB in the bottom half and TnV top half with good results. It's hard to screw up using DrE.

    I may be using some Roots Uprising line soon, it grew the tastiest most aromatic bud I've grown so far. I got Grow, Foundation and Bloom sample packs and mixed them all together and fed a few teas and that was it. Same as their Terp line, but the Terp line is a finer powder for mixing with liquids.

    I have so many prize nutes to use up before I buy more. I have gallons of the BPN synthetic line and Remos and one more plants worth of Geoflora. I've been using the liquids at least one plant per grow but not making a dent.

    I'm set or life if I just use what I have. Experimentation is a lot of the fun in this. I have had good results with some of Jobes ferts also. My typical fert amounts to generally 1/2 cup Poultry manure or Blood meal, 2 cups bone meal and 1/2 cup wood ash so two cups total. Of course 1/4 cup Ironite, 1/4 cup epsom salts, 1/2 cup lime, 40 oz worm castings also per 7 gallons of soil. I immediately hit it with a microbial tea made from castings and Molasses to get things started right. I also often pot right after mixing so the tea is sort of a safety measure. Might try a couple using Dr. Earth in 7 gallons of soil and my other amendments instead of the ash, meal and Blood/PM. Thinking 2 cups, can't imagine it being too hot.
