I've been growing for about 4 years now and have been using LEDs, primarily Mars Hydro TSL 2000 (300 Watt actual draw), and philizon (630 watt.) And although I started off with the first generations of the blurple square Mars Hydro panels. Previous to my own grow I started helping a family friend with his grow who used only 1000 watt HPS, until I got him metal haliad bulbs and I quickly saw the benefit from multiple spectrums throughout different stages of the grow cycle, and completely altered my own grow process from the HPS/metal halide to suite my own small batch exparimental high potency grows for recreational as well as medicinal.
