Would defoliating stress the shit out of my girls? The fan leaves are so huge and shading a lot of new growth. I do plan on up potting within the week so if I was to do it, I would do it before that and let them recover. I read so much that say not to do it then I see videos of people doing it. Just noticed I cant post picture here lol
