Wierd stuff on my leaves is itmold???

I have sum weird shit show up on my plants 2day the one has this lite blue almost graystuff on a tip of the leaf n the other 1 has like 3 lil black shine dots on it idk way this is can sum1 help me figure it out please and thank u
