not sure if the top of these buds look normal???

Please help this is my second grow and never seen a stem grow out the top amp;nbsp;of a flower like this before and am afraid it might be a hermiaphrodite?amp;nbsp;
Im in week 7 not sure if this is normal or if im just worring for nothing?
I would really appreciate any inputamp;nbsp;
