New grower need help plants wilting with yellow spots

Yellow spot leavs drooping. I need some help fixing this. I am using 2 100 watt led lights and a incandescent 60 watt bulb with compost soil. amp;nbsp;The plants keep snaping or looking like this. Any help is appreciated
