Is there something as too much LST?

I live in a place where cannabis growing is illegal and carries a really heavy penalty. I learned about LST through youtube and other websites like grow420guide, grow weed easy and others.
I placed my girls under LST and now they are showing tiny white pistils.amp;nbsp;
should I release my girls from the zip tie or not?
