First time any suggestions to make better

I am looking for some growers to talk with so i can get my plants the best they can be. I have very little real world growing but like to read. i found a seed and grew it , i was lucky it was female and this is what it produced. Is this good, bad, normal?? I have not done this before and want to make sure i am doing things correcly. amp;nbsp;Is there anything i can do better to make the buds bigger?
