Hey CN. I find that It works really well without the coil. I just make a little hash sandwich with some dry herb on either side and it vapes without any issues. Normally I'd get around 3 to 6 goes using just dry herb but with the little bit of hash added I find myself getting 10+ hits each time. I tried vaping hash without the coil or any herb and it gets messy and clogs up the filter.
I love the Dynavap too and want to try out some upgrades. Have you ever used the low temp cap?
