I tried using the grinder portion of the McCormick Peppercorn Medley Grinder to grind up small chunks of bud. To my dismay, the time and effort required to not only take off the cap, but also grind the weed itself was inefficient and not worth it. Needless to say however, it ground up well when I used a pen to turn the grinder itself manually while keeping the chunks within the mechanism.
TL;DR Good results only from manual grinding, took forever to grind and replace the peppercorn, not worth.
