@InTheShed does this bud look pollinated to you? It does to me but that seems so unlikely because would males be in flower so soon? I doubt it unless they have been set to breed or expelled from a tent. The other option I considered is wind damage. It seems they are too young to be turning already.

I noticed that yesterday but didn't want to mention it until I saw pics a few days later. If that's all they do then they're no pollinated, but if they're completely brown over the next day or so then I'd have to say it's very possible.
Otherwise it could just be morning dew burned off by the sun, which will brown the tips.
