The story behind that is when I was taking pics I didn't see anything wrong with the plants. This was after a week of being flipped. When I was editing the images that's when I noticed those spots.
You can see they are protruding from the surface, so yes they are trichs. If it was in the leaf I would have had an issue for sure.

I thought it might be protruding but i wasn't sure. Wow though, that's fascinating, I saw another pic where you see it on the whole leave and it looks crazy, these little bulbous trichs everywhere
