Well lol...I don't use rockwool or LEDs...I use peat pellets and HIDs...I have a 5 x 5 x 7 flower tent I use a 1000 watt HPS In... and I have a 4 x 4 x 6.5 flower tent I use a 600 watt HPS and a 2 x 4 x 5 veg closet with a 400 watt MH

You can get a 1000 watt "kit" for about 200 and the return is huge
