I'm still waiting for the go ahead from Mr. Teddy to enter this nug. in the contest.
I was checking out different settings & filters on my camera and saw that the "vivid" mode when taking photos created a more colorful shot that added a pinkish hue to the flower as well as the background in which I wrote Teddy to ask him if it would be okay to enter without possibly being accused of cheating.
After playing around for a bit found that I can change not only the backgrounds of the shots to some extent but also the colors of the subject whatever it may be so I thought I'd inquire first before entering.
The actual color of the background which is a hot tub cover is tan with a slight rosey tint to it which made the nugget pop off the page as they say. Thanks again!
I hadn’t read the rules that closely, but th n I don’t often use filters. I have this instinct that often seems beyond my control. Lol! It astounds me the number of times I throw the camera out there blindly and come back with one that catches your monsterous eyes. :4:
I had morning light in my first tiny closet grow that’d create the most divine purple background. Love those serendipitous cosmic moments.
I hope it can be used. It’s a luscious shot of a delectable bud.
