Pure perlite. These are in 32oz plastic cups, when it’s time to flower them I will transplant them into 1 gal or 2.5 gal (depending on available space).

I do plan on doing some autos in these cups on the balcony when it warms up more at night. 60° is much too cold for me.

The whole concept of using 32oz cups for vegging and then switching up to 1 gallons sound really cool. I have been looking at the really dark blue Lowes 2 gallon buckets and figure I could perhaps squeeze 4-6 into my 2x2.5 Gorilla Grow Tent. I did get the 1 foot extension, so now it's 6'7" tall. Both my brother who is one here as well as FelipeBlu and I are moving over to the Hempy idea. Makes sense especially using Auto's and just letting them grow tall. Little to no training and roll the harvest over quicker.

I just transplanted some to 1 gal pots yesterday I’ll let you know how it goes. Hempy is just so easy. I use RX Green nutes which are expensive but make everything much easier.

I look forward to hearing more about the 1gal pots. Do you feel the yield will be lower with a 1 gallon vs a 2or2.5 pot?

I'm currently using Dyna-Gro nutes as I dropped my change on that to begin with. Perhaps as I begin to run low, I'll do some switching around. I did bookmark the site for RX Green. Their product line looks very intense. I want to read more about them and perhaps discuss more if needed.
