blotch at 3 wks

My three week old. just need to know what I can do here...trim anything???

Calcium , dolomite or cal/mag would help big time if you use dolo use about half table spoon stir it harsh as you can to dilute it as much as possible and feed it fast so it stays suspended. Cal/mag just feed normal it is pretty simple follow instructions and treat it as a normal watering.

Is what I have a deficiency of some sort then? And qith the side profile photo, does my mj look like it's doing well producing shoots
