they tell me u should use 2 different kinds of bulbs for vegging and flowering but i used 1 kind for the whole thing, 3300k bulbs, 23 watt-100watt equivalant..so best thing to do is just try different things and whatever works best for u go with it..thats what i did, and look what i got, not the best but i got some pretty frosty budds, and stick around my journal you'll learn some good things..good luck bro !!!!
