how much have you been watering. make sure you just water when the soil is dry. well this is what i would do. transplant, and fast. go outside and find some trash or something clean it out and use it as a pot. before you place the plant in the new pot wiggle the roots so they become loose. treat with one dose of superthrive, and lets see if she will bounce back.
