BIG BUD, AK47 and a few unknowns

first time growing, these are 2.5 weeks into flowering. the unknown strain I'm pretty sure is mixed with kush. any tips or opinions? I've seen a friends indoor crop and it was nothing like this at 2.5 weeks.
