Ooph tired and run down. Haven’t been able to keep any food down since Sunday night. On total detox, have anti puking pills and gluten free protein shake powder that has finally gor some fuel in me. Only thing I could keep down yesterday was electrolytes.
I ate bread. Wheat flour bread because I’m an idiot and ai’m convinced one day it will be OK. But nope. Just wipes me out for longer than each time! Used to be just a day. This is gonna be over two days. I just wanted a hotdog!
