Thanks man, Its my 2nd go at main lining. First go, the plant just wouldn't recover from the toppings. So I gave up and let her go as is.....and found a different strain. Pretty happy thus far. I like experimenting with different things and see how they turn out. Have high hopes for this one.
I've never been very good at getting a plant to fully mainline like you and others I've seen here but this is a sativa dominant Jilly Bean plant I have in training out in my sun room hoping for the best come flowering.
Like you said, it's tons of fun experimenting with different growing techniques as well as strains!
Jilly Bean is one of my all time favorite sativa dominant strains with having a citrus type taste to it plus an energetic high that keeps me up and running all day.
I've worked with numerous strains over the years and this is one of my mainstays as they say.
Is it hard to find in your neck of the woods?
Seems like when I try to get it, its always out. Durban Poison was kind of that type of Sativa for me but the coffers are getting empty on it. Sounds like its a great strain, the exact kind of Sativa I like. Getting ready to start a few more Sativa dominant strains soon. Gonna try Carnivale (Sweet Sue loves it), and a Tangie x Ghost Train Haze, and Amhearst Sour Diesel here pretty soon. Hoping one of those will fill the need.
