Will decriminalizing MJ really lower the price of Meds?

Sometimes I wonder if making it legal ( almost ) by voting on the Calif. Nov. 2010 bill will do the most good for all. The $50.00 an once tax is a killer price to pay. Those who are sick can't afford that kind of tax.
