Please need help with a sog soil grow

I recently bought a 8x4 grow tent with 2 1000w hps light i want to grow 24/36 plants under each light I am prop 215 and I'm in my plant limits. My question is what size pot would you recommend, how long should i veg for and and best nutrients?
