Help! Deformed plant with only fan leaves

I planted this seed that came from a hermed bud of Chem Dog. It took 10+ days for it to sprout. Also there was 6 other seeds that I put in glasses of water and paper towels and NONE germed. Anyways the plant is definitely deformed but I'm gonna keep growing it, so I thought I would post on here...
