1st timer with worries

Have a 2x2x2 veg cabinet w/2 23watt cfl 5100k 1950 lumens per light started bag seed germinating had good success with paper towel method. Moved seedlings into seed starter soil, then into cabinet. 14 solo cups, have 5 that broke through got 3 quick sets of leaves all stacked up, 1 week later still only 1.5 in tall no change. Humidity & temp are 67% & 79-82 F. What am i doing wrong? Have a Vanilla Kush & Chocolope female seeds waiting just trying to iron out the kinks before i put quality genetics in use. Please any help appreciated. Flowering in a 2x4x8 closet with 9 23watt 2700K and 3 5100k just fyi. Thank you for your time in advance.

Im thinking it could be the small containers you have them in or there not getting enough light. If it was the light I would think youd be talking about how tall and lanky they are? So if its not the light and if the containers arent the problem which I doubt at that age maybe your overwatering? Just a thought, if they dont feel light take them out and put them in a sunny windowsill for a while or until they feel air light again without them wilting.

Sorry so new to the forum cant pm anyone. So please just leave any info here. Any would be appreciated honestly feel pretty dumb. As of now lost 3 plants and no improvement on others. Reduced humidity levels to about 45 percent. Ok I thought under watering. I pre soaked seeding soil, planted, 3 days later had the 5 started. The soil was dry to first knuckle of my finger. Gave them 35 ml of 6.4 ph rain water and checked every other day. I have control over ventilation, humidity, temps and lights; I am so frustrated. My " bag seed " from medicinal strains pulled from medicine from the dispencery; some AK, Cheese,Plushberry,818 Headband and Blue Dream
