Hay smell

Did you flush? What strain was it? Not all seed banks are the same. It sucks. Trial and error. How did you dry them? What nutrients did you use? Did you keep the temp around 75 degrees? Were the buds tight to loose?I have had really good luck with Fox Farms and Cha Ching. I only had that hay smell one time with an afghan strain. Had to throw all the plants after trying three different grows and get rid of the strain. A waste of time. Loose buds except for the top 3 or four. Real droopy buds. Hard to keep up. Loose. Since I have lucked out and gotten some A strains, I haven't had that problem. O.G. Kush. Purple Power, Goldleaf. No hay smell. Stand up with just a little help. Tight cystally buds. My first 4 grows were miserable failures. Here is the O.G. Kush. Even the lower buds are good. Smaller than the top but great taste and smell. Also, the gold leaf. I use AMS. Just spent $90.00 on 5 Rainbow Kush seeds. The O.G. Kush and Purple Power seeds I paid $20.00 apiece but don't remember where. The afghan I paid $59.00 for 5 seeds at 420 and it shows. So, my guess is you get what you pay for. I also got the Goldleaf from 420 which is far superior. I guess you just have to shop around.
