In week 7 our lights remained on, which started some regrowth. We are now in week 8 and the buds are bushy, leafy, loose and not sticky at all with white hairs. Is there anything we can do to save our buds?

Hello clouds rest,

It sounds like your in the "Flowering" stages of growth and you're having an issue with budding. The issue is a number of factors may be hindering your growth. For one, if you're not using lighting from a High-Pressure Sodium (HPS) with at least 600W at this phase, that could be your main issue. Also if you haven't tried a boost of some flowering nutrients, such as FoxFarms Big Bloom, you could try giving that a shot as well.

Posting some photos are your setup as well as some descriptive details of what you've done so far would be of some greater assistance as well. Check out these links that can give you some more insight to your issue.

heyy mcchxc, could i ask why is it an issue to not have atleast a 600w hps in flowering? im one week from harvest just one plant and iv use one 125w red spec clf from start to finish and the only problem iv had is nitrogen diff, and shes a bit too tall for my liking but apart from that im proud with the yeild and potency, tho i have relised some regrowth in the last week, this is my first grow :)

It's really not an issue per se, it's just in the Flowering phase the plants responds best to the red color spectrum (2700 K) and a 600W High-Pressure Sodium would deliver optimum results.

CFL's are a perfect alternative as well especially for first time growers like yourself. By the sound of things, you're well on your way to an excellent harvest. One bit of advice, once you're around three days from harvest use a flushing solution like FloraKleen for optimal bud sugaring and cleansing of any remaining nutrient deposits. This will ensuring a much more potent smoke after drying and curing. You can read more about FloraKleen in the link below.

Best of luck!!
