phoenix pd and DEA and DRUG TASK

Kicked in my apartment on may the 9th 2013 at around or near 10:30am I'm on probation and have all the proper paper work my probation officer had seen my garden before and was well aware of what was taking place in my home..........police say they had complants of mmj smells so they came out to to a check and they said they could smell mmj as if people around my apartment don't. Enjoy mmj as well anyway that's nor here nor there its about me ..........I would like help on what to do to get my things backs my lights ect.
