Rubbish service and treatment of customers.
I ordered a illuminator 360w which I was looking forward to receiving and using! It was £480. That's as far as it went, I ordered and paid on the 1st mar its now the 30th mar! And I have still not received.
First of all emailed company saying I had not received, (8th) they replied 'its been sent' dispatched and I will receive soon! Well after that kept emailing company, which with all there contact info I kept getting a reply from one certain person G STEWART the owner! Kept trying to palm me off saying item has been sent and then the courier company sent it to the wrong address, then that the courier company collected it back well why couldn't they then redeliver to me! He said couriers will send back to him and he would send a new one, once he receives shipment of new order
What I'm trying to get at is.....
30 days and no item received for what I paid for
It's just not good enough and I researched before buying but there was no reviews on LEDFUSION.CO.UK so this is why I'm writing this to make people aware
I have since filed a paypal refund which I have had no response, what a surprise!
If anyone has had any similar probs please let me know
