are these pistols? Plants are to young to flower....

Are the plants above showing pistols? And why are some larger than others should I repot them also there's two plants in 1 pot is it possible to split them into there own or will it damage them do wanna do that cos there looking really well, thanx in advance

Here are some other pics, I grew from seed. Kv had a few problems with nute burn(caused by high ph I think) also there is a problem with two plants growing slower than the rest and that I have two in 1 pot, is it possible to separate them and switch pots? Thanx in advance peoples
