New to Growing hit 1st Speed Bump Help PLz!

so i just hit flowering week 2 i'm growing a sour kosher plant 2 things happened that were out of the normal 1. i lost a whole 12 hour light cycle(long story) and two days later all the single bladed leaves that are coming out of all white haired pre flower are curling downwards but only on some stalks and on some it's barely visible at all i think i narrowed it down to a nitrogen problem perhaps A#2 the way i fed a half gallon one day and a half gallon the next and then that same evening i missed 12 hours of light. because what i normally was doing was mixing a u.s gallon of water with 5-15 mls of different things into the gallon then i divided how many ounces were in a gallon in 6 days and i would give that many ounces a day because somewhere along the line i was told only to give a serving of nutes weekly and almost all nute containers say add A ??ml to a u.s gallon of water anyway i did a flush yesterday upon the recommendation of my friend any tips would be greatly appreciated i`m into 2 weeks and 3 days into flowering i have a 430-450 can`t remember atm Hps in a reflector hydrofarm hood with built in ballast also have a 650 watt Led light but it says for the beast flowering coloring for this stage is par=670 which is 79 inches(2 Meters) away from the plant seems a it much and i only have a 3 1/2 ft wide 4 ft deep 9 ft tall closet which i know i can fit more but again first grow... so yea any tips or hints as to why the single bladed leaves would curl and just those and not on every stalk.

Generally when a gardener starts flowering they want to push the bloom nutes hard. Is your plant a photo or auto? Either way the flush was a good idea and yes with those powerful lights you want them high. They can stunt the growth too low. 80 inches is a good call. I would say go 1/2 strength of your current regimen from here on so the burn doesn't get worse. Also you shouldn't be giving the plant any nitro during flower. It needs increased P & K and the soil biology is important, so getting some microbes and molasses to feed them is a priority. A teaspoon of Epsom salt might stave off a mag def. if that's why the yellowing is occurring. Mag defs. are common indoors. Extra calcium can worsen the problem.
