Help

Hi, I a first time grower. I have a couple White Widow autoflowers in week 4 of flowering. I have them on a 12-12 light schedule. I asked earlier and someone told me to switch them to 20/4. My question is could I do that right away or should I slowly work my way to 20 hours of light a day?

Take them to 15 hrs light and leave them there. Lots of people like 18 or 24 hr light for autos. I like giving my plants a break, but yes 12 is too little time to maximize an autos yield.
