Passive Cloning

I made another cloner, this time use a seed starter slots and tray. Then flip the seed starter over and tape one side so it can be lifted without slipping off. Then, we fill the tray with plain water to almost spill. Make sure it does not have cracks or holes before adding in water. Close the top and insert cuttings. The seed starter slots will hold up the clones while allowing the stem to dip in the water for root growth. The seed starter slots already have holes for the cuttings they were drainage holes make it a perfect support for cuttings.

Just having fun making another cloner. Still seeing which style I like most. Got 5 cloners going only keeping the strongest for flowering. This one also forces me to take cutting 5 inches or longer. Shorter than 5in the stem will not touch the water due to the height of the seed starter slots holding it up. I find that the bigger the cutting the more the plant will yield so I don't mind the enforcement.

These are lid by the near by tents running both spectrum (MH + HPS) on the side.

The pump will be too big to fit. Can add some airstone but not required. Only water no nutrients, root hormone, or even pH the water. Keeping it simple. Will have results within 2 weeks.
